ZUMBA – ongoing classes Tuesdays from 7-8pm and Thursdays from 6:30 to 8pm.  Classes are in the Dean Fellowship Hall.

Praise Band Practice – Thursdays, at 7:30 pm in the Memorial Fellowship Hall.

HOW TO SCHEDULE EVENTS:

If you need to schedule an event at Trinity, please contact Sarah Craig.  There is a form that needs to be filled out that will give us all the information we need to schedule your event properly.  It includes date, event, room, sponsoring individual, nursery needs, contact information, facility requirements and audio visual requirements.  Requests for all nursery, notice in bulletins, facility set-up and/or operation of a/v equipment must be received 3 weeks prior to the event.  Sarah will make sure that arrangements are made accordingly.  Thank you!!!

Tonight - Pastor Sterling will discuss the 3rd chapter of Adam' Hamilton's Book, "WHY?". The topic is "Why Do My Prayers Go Unanswered?” The class will meet at 6:30 pm in rooms 102/103.

CHURCH SUPPER NEXT WEDNESDAY, FEB 8^TH.

The outreach and hospitality team is hosting our first Wednesday night of the month Church Supper, February 8^th at 5:30 pm.  The committee will provide the meat, if you will bring a side.  Yay Potluck!!  Please email or call the church to let us know you will be attending, so we will know how much to buy!  Sarah.craig@trinityfwb.com, or 862-4169

A Mission Moment,  - Smoked pork AND chicken!

The Mission Committee has been taking reservations and will be smoking pork butts for Super Bowl Sunday.  We are trying something new and didn’t decide in time to advertise them.  We are smoking a couple of chickens and a couple of racks of ribs that have not been reserved.  We are also smoking a couple of extra pork butts.  All smoked items can be picked up after any of the three services on Sunday.  Smoked butts are $40, Chickens are $15 and a rack of ribs is $25.

If you are interested and have not made a reservation, please call Carolyn at the church or call me at 396-8460.  You can also ask Sunday morning and see if there are any left.  Remember, profits go toward this year’s mission trip.  Thanks for your support,

UMW GENERAL MEETING FOR ALL THE WOMEN OF TRINITY, Saturday, February 4th, 10:00 a.m. in MFH.  Plan to spend Saturday morning with Trinity UMW sewing and stuffing comfort pillows for cancer and heart patients.  Bring a bag lunch.  Drinks and dessert will be provided.  Coupons for education and Campbell soup labels will be trimmed and packaged for Red Bird Mission and vases will be filled with flowers to be delivered later.  We need your help!  We have fellowship, fun and good food waiting to share.  Come at 10 o'clock and stay as long as you can.

SOUPER BOWL SUNDAY!!  FEBRUARY 5^TH

Remember to bring a can of soup/food with you to church on Sunday morning, February 5^th.  All food collected will be donated to Sharing and Caring.

CHARITY BOWLING LEAGUE AWARDS SUPPER will be Saturday, February 11th at 6 pm in MFH.  This is a potluck supper and everyone is invited.  No reservations needed.  Team and individual awards will be made and a great milestone will be announced.  If you have bowled in Trinity Charity League in the past, you have a special invitation to come.

SPRING CHARITY BOWLING LEAGUE BEINGS FEBRUARY 19^TH

The Spring 2012 Charity Bowling League will begin on Sunday, February 19^th, at White Sands Bowling Center.  Play will continue for 15 weeks.  If you are interested in bowling with a team, please contact Edna Sherrow, 244-3687.

UMW Reading Group

The reading group will be meeting on February 21^st, at 10:00 a.m. in the Library, to discuss the book, “Just Choose Happiness”, by Nell W. Mohney.  Everyone is welcome!
