Assist with orderly function of Sunday morning services.  Ushers; Greeters; Acolytes; Communion; Lay Readers; Alter preparation and special decorations.

Music

Singers, hand bells and instrumentalist for services. Lead children choirs.

Education Ministries

Lead Sunday School classes; Wednesday night youth classes; Sunday evening youth and junior youth classes and kids time during 8:30 service.

Nurturing and Congregational Care

Card Ministry; Prayer Ministry; Food Preparation; Food Donation and Visitations.

Evangelism and Membership

Visitations and phone calls to newcomers and inactive members.

Hospitality Ministries

Food preparation or donation for special events hosted by the church. To include setting up, serving, cooking, cashiering, decoration and clean up.

Angel Food Ministries

A new ministry of providing low cost, quality food for those who would like to participate.  Click HERE for information about this exciting ministry.

Administration Ministries

Assisting with clerical duties at the church. Making phone calls. Answering phones. Attendance records. Mailings.

Media Ministries

Maintaining church web page; help with operations of church sound systems; video tape of sermons; photography; create power point presentations; TV/VCR operation and maintenance.

Adult and Special Ministries

Divorce support; grief support and marriage enrichment.

Stephen Ministry

A program that equips lay persons to provide Christian one-to-one care to those experiencing life needs and circumstances.

Young Adult Ministries

Higher Education and Campus ministries: Assist in gathering contact information on college students and preparation of "goody" boxes on holidays.

Senior Adult Ministries

Plan and supervise monthly meeting of "Young at Heart" group. Coordinate activities and entertainment for meetings and events.

Nursery Ministries

Deliver letter and gifts to new mothers. Nursery assistant.

Special Needs Ministries (Wesley Class)

Act as Sunday School leader/assistant in preparing and teaching lessons from standardized curriculum.  Coordinate and plan yearly Christmas party event.

Missions (Local/National/International)

Coordinate and implement and/or assist with Christmas Connection (delivery of gifts to those in need during Christmas season); Thanksgiving dinner at the church for members and the community (food preparation/serving/set up/clean up); United Methodist Children's Home (assist Church Representative with needs throughout the year.  Volunteer to help with disaster recovery efforts when needed.  Volunteer to go on international mission trip with work team.

Facilities Maintenance

Assist with landscaping and maintenance of church lawn, shrubs, walkways and parking lots. Maintain and change lettering on church sign as needed. Serve as a member of a team responsible for driving the church van. Pick up and return non-driving members for Sunday services. Help with general maintenance jobs around the church.
